  I hired this company to come and clean my wood burning stove, I specifically asked if they are able to clear a birds nest out of my chimney and the women on the phone said no problem, the technician arrived at my home (1 hour late) he said that he did not have time to complete the job and would not do it. I have already waited 3 weeks for him to come out now he is telling me he cant get to it till after the holidays. Horrible company horrible service and now I have to all a new company and again wait. I use this stove as a alternate heat source in the winter.
